Yes, this is a rice alcohol. Sake. I found this one before entering a japanese temple. I can't remind if it was a buddhist or shintoist one. Maybe the buddhist Yakushiji temple, in Nara, where Kitaro recorded a concert.
Oui, c'est un alcool de riz, du sake. J'ai trouvé celui-ci à l'entrée d'un temple japonais. je ne peux pas me souvenir si c'éait un temple bouddhiste ou shintoïste. Peut-être bien le temple bouddhiste Yakushiji à Nara dans lequel kitaro à enregistré un concert.

I have tasted one of those rice wine and it was great. I believe that rice wine plays important role in Japanese culture.
