Chinese eggs 2


This one is a salty egg. Eggs are kept for ages in salt, or salty water (I don't remind), before being cooked.
Celui-ci est un oeuf salé. Ceux là sont conservés longtemps dans du sel, ou de l'eau salée (je ne sais plus) avant d'être cuits.
