Turku is the former capital of Finland. This cathedral is then the mother church of the lutheran church in Finland, and the country's national shrine. Some important people from Finland are buried there.
Turku est l'ancienne capitale de la Finlande. Cette cathédrale est donc le bâtiment le pluys importante de l'église luthérienne de Finlande, et l'autel de la nation. Quelques personalités de l'histoire de la Finlande y ont leur sépulture.
