Oct 2009Chinese people love to have hot pot (this is like shabu-shabu from Japan). This one is a little different and is from musleem restaurants. There's coal in the middle, burning slowly to keep the soup boiling, while we dip pieces of food. After they cooked in the soup, we can dip it or not in the sesame sauce.
Les chinois adorent cette fondue (l'équivalent du shabu-shabu japonais). Celle-ci est un peu différente et se trouvent dans les restaurants musulmans. Il y a du charbon au milieu, brûlant doucement et maintenant l'eau bouillante pendant qu'on y trempe des morceaux de nourriture. Après avoir été cuits dans la soupe, on peut les tremper dans la sauce au sésame.
