This about 1 hour by local buses from Suzhou. The village itself is protected and people who don't live in the village have to pay the ticket before entering. Locals just drive straight their bikes without looking at employees. Another very rainy day. I loved walking in the streets. This village, as well as Pingyao, carried me to the chinese middle age and the heavy rain didn't let a lot of turists entering it so the streets were absolutely not crowded and very silent.
Il y a environ 1h de route en prenant le bus du coin depuis Suzhou. Le village est protégé et les gens qui n'y vivent pas doivent payer leur ticket pour y entrer. Les habitants en revanche entrent et sortent en vélo sans même regarder les employés. Ce village, de même que Pingyao, m'a transporté dans le moyen-âge chinois et la pluie incessante a fait en sorte que les touristes ne s'y déplacent pas, rendant ainsi les rues vides et silencieuses.
