Chinese eggs

Aug 2006

The first is the so called "100 year-old egg" without the shell. This is actually just 3 months old and dipped for a while into a special mix of mud and grass so it can turn to this strange black color, making most of westerners run away instead of tasting it. The ones not running away won't feel the taste is very strong.
The second one is the salty egg.
