Italy - Venice - bell tower

Collapsed years ago because of an architectural mistake, venitians wanted it be rebuilt exactly the same as before. The only difference is that there's an elevator in addtion, today.

Effondrée il y a des années en raison d'une erreur architecturale, les Venitiens ont souhaité qu'elle soit reconstruite exactement à l''identique. La seule différence est qu'il y a aujourd'hui un ascenseur.

Drum and Bell towers

I had already visited Beijing's drum tower (the red one on the picture) a few years ago. This time I've been lucky enough to attend a 5 minutes drum performance. The power of those drums was definitely impressive. And for the first time I entered the Bell Tower (the grey one in the background). Another teaser of things to come.

J'avais deja visite la Tour des Tambours de Pekin il y a quelques annees (en rouge au premier plan de la photo). Cette fois-ci j'ai eu assez de chance pour y assister a une performance de 5 minutes. La puissance de ces tanbours est reellement impressionante. Et pour la premiere fois j'ai visite la Tour de la Cloche (derriere, en gris).
