Although this popular restaurant from Beijing can host several hundreds customers, we often need to wait 1 hour or more before getting a table, due to the number of people going there. In addition to the very good chinese hot pot provide there, there is an unusual and interesting way to prepare the lamian (hand pulled noodles).Bien que ce restaurant populaire ait assez d'espace pour plusieurs centaines de clients, il faut souvent attendre une heure pour accéder à une table, en raison du nombre de clients. En plus de la très bonne fondue chinoise que l'on y trouve, la façon de préparer les lamian (nouilles étirées à la min) est assez inhabituelle et intéressante.
