After visiting the roof of Jokhang temple under the morning rain, we're out at Barkhor square and go to have some tibetan teas in a tibetan tea house. Although the pot mentionned "coffee", inside was real tibetan tea, with the smelly yak butter and taste. The white thing is actually tibetan yak cheese, very hard to chew. Chewing a piece can keep you busy for a while.
Après avoir visité les toîts du temple Jokhang sous l'averse matinale, nous sommes dehors, de retour sur le place Barkhor, et sommes allés directement dans une maison de thé tibétaine. Bien qu'il soit écrit "café" dessus, il sagit bien d'un pot contenant de ce thé tbétain parfumé avec beurre de yak très odorant et très fort au goût. Le cubes blanchâtres dans l'assiette sont un fromage de yak très difficile à mastiquer. En consommer un morceau peut vous garder ocuppé pendant un certain temps.
