China - A panda's life at Beijing zoo

Laying on a bamboo bed, sleeping there, sometimes waking up and begining to eat some piece of bamboo... that's a panda's life at beijing zoo.
Etendu sur une couche de bambous, y dormir, se réveiller occasionnellement pour manger un boût de bambou qui traine... c'est une vie de panda à Beijing.

Japanese red monkeys

This picture was shot somewhere in the old part of Nara, in Japan. All the strange red things represent monkeys. Once more I forgot their meaning. Probably supposed to protect from evil spirits or to bring some good luck.

Cette photo a été prise quelque part dans le vieux Nara, au Japon. Toutes ces chose rouges un peu étranges pendant du plafond représentent des singes. Une fois de plus : j'en ai oublié la signifcation. Probablement quelque chose comme la protection contre les mauvais esprits ou un symbole de bonne fortune.

Belgium - Brussels - Santa Klaus

This tiny statue (Maneken Pis) got famous around the world. And there are enough visitors to fill busses who are queuing to take a picture of it. I wonder if any of them noticed what was in front of the statue in December. For the ones who didn't look around, here it is : nine Santa Klaus.
Cette petite statue (le Maneken pis) est devenue célèbre sur la planète. Il y a assez de visiteurs pour remplir des bus qui font la queue pour en prendre une photo. Je me demande combien d'entre eux ont noté ce qu'il y avait en face de cette statue, en Décembre. Pour ceux qui n'ont pas regardé autour d'eux, voici : neuf Pères Noël.

China - Beijing - Prince Gong's mansion

People going to Beijing for the first time all visit the same things : the palace museum, the Great wall at Badaling, the summer Palace, the temple of Heaven and the Ming tombs. If you want to see something different, there is the prince Gong's mansion. And there are some hutong (old typical Beijing streets) all around. There you can go just after for a walk (old typical beijing's streets).Les gens allant à Beijing pour la première fois visitent tous les mêmes choses : la Cité Interdite, la Grande muraille à Badaling, la Résidence d'été, le temple des Cieux et les tombes Ming. Si vous souhaitez voir quelque chose de différent, il y a la résidence du prince Gong. Et il y a des hutongs (vieilles rues typiques de Beijing) partout autour, dans lesquelles vous pourrez aller faire un tour.

Japan - Kyoto - Golden temple

This one of the most famous sightseeing spot in Japan. The golden temple (kinkaku-ji). The garden around this one is made in such a way that visitors all shoot the same picture, near the entrance. I found another way to take a picture of this temple and not getting an ugly one.
C'est l'une des attractions touristiques les plus célèbres du Japon. Le temple en or (kinkaku-ji). Le jardin autour est fait de telle façon que les visiteurs prennent tous la même photo, près de l'entrée. J'ai trouvé une autre façon de le prendre en photo sans obtenir un résultat inesthétique.
