Behind the frog

summer 2006 / été 2006

I shot this picture when was standing next to the frog I mentionned yesterday. 500 m away from there stands this 60 meter high rock (the Qingchui peak). To get there by the official way will need you to climb and go down 3 mountains like what you can see on this picture. They say if one can walk to the rock and put hands on it, one can live 130 year old.

We sweat liters of water, but we did it.

  3. Arnaud, hello. Some years ago I met in Patagonia a french guy that was going around the world alone. He was from Bordeaux (if my memory serves me well) and had left the France for a trip that had to last about one year. It was a world tour done clockwise. The reason of that was a sort of insatisfaction due to the finish of a love affair, and due to the willing to change life for a while. In France, he was something like a business consultant. May be I should read your blog from the beginning and understand how you can travel so often, instead of imagine and suppose, but believe me, when I saw your blog I thought you were that french guy still around the world after so many years... aren't you? Bye, let me know more on you Zelda
