A Scottish dish : haggis

Haggis (as well as black pudding) is a traditionnal scottish dish. It's a kind of mix of lungs, liver and heart from a mutton, onion, oat, fat, spices and salt. That mix should be cooked in the sheep stomach for several hours. This is the one i managed to get, in a boiled potato and, strangely, with some red and yellow peppers.
Believe me, it tastes really good !
